Data Deletion

Here is exactly what we hold, and how to have it deleted.

What we hold

Your account: your email address, your language, and when you signed in. If you signed in with Google, the identifier Google assigns to you. Nothing else — the answers you type into the intake form are deleted automatically within 24 hours of generating your brief.

How to request deletion

Email <<SET_CONTACT_EMAIL>> and tell us what you would like deleted. We confirm and act within one month, usually within one business day. This is your right of erasure under Art. 17 GDPR.

What deletion covers

Deleting your account removes your account record and your sign-in identity. It cannot be undone.
